Texas Average Pay: $14–$18/hour for Dental & Medical Assistants

Lubbock & Surrounding Areas: $11–$19/hour, depending on experience and skills

Many offices also offer bonus systems and additional compensation benefits.

Once you’ve completed half of the program, you’ll be ready to start your internship at a dental office of your choice.
